Woolpack didn’t begin in an office. It began in Norway — in the kind of wilderness where weather shifts in minutes, trails fade under fresh snow, and experience matters more than gear lists.

We were shaped by real backcountry living. By nights in tents shaken by autumn storms. By long crossings of rock, heather, and high mountain passes where you quickly learn what equipment truly holds up — and what doesn’t. By trips that didn’t always go as planned, but always taught us something.

Those lessons carried us beyond Norway too — into the altitude of the Himalayas, across exposed alpine ridges, and onto open seas where the wind never rests. No matter where we travelled, the wild made the same demand: your gear must be as capable as you are.

Woolpack was built around that principle.
