Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays:
Woolpack Hiking Gear is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us immediately at hello@woolpack.net. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
